New Dimensions Salon & Boutique provides salon services and boutique retail in Iowa. The following terms explain how services are provided, how information is handled, and the salon’s commitment to accessibility. By visiting our location, making an appointment, shopping in the boutique, or using our website or social pages, these policies apply.

Terms & Conditions

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are not scheduled online. Appointments may be booked:

  • by phone

  • in person

  • directly with a stylist or service provider

Please arrive on time to ensure your full service. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments or rescheduling. Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, and repeated no-shows may require a deposit before future bookings.

Satisfaction with Salon Services

Concerns about a service should be reported within 7 days. Adjustments may be offered at the stylist’s discretion. Because services are customized and time- and product-based, refunds on salon services are generally not offered.

Boutique Returns & Exchanges

For boutique retail items:

  • clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days

  • items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached

  • original receipt may be required

  • sale/clearance items are final sale

  • beauty, personal care, and intimate items are final sale for hygienic reasons

Pricing & Availability

Prices and service offerings may change at any time without notice. Inventory in the boutique is limited and may sell out quickly. Online inventory may not always reflect in-store availability.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used toward salon services or boutique purchases. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

Health & Safety

Please inform your stylist of allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to services. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests showing symptoms of contagious illness may be asked to reschedule.

Limitation of Liability

New Dimensions Salon & Boutique is not responsible for:

  • allergic reactions or sensitivities not disclosed

  • damage or loss of personal items on the premises

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information and following aftercare instructions.
